When planters feel alone the churches they start have an 80% chance of closing their doors in the first five years. What we do is walk along side of Kingdom multipliers offering relationship, mentoring, training and coaching so that the churches they plant are sustainable and focused on generational multiplication.
Greenhouse Multiplication Network feels like family because it is built on genuine relationships, not just shared goals. It’s a community where people know your name, celebrate your victories, and walk with you through challenges. Just like a family, it’s marked by encouragement, accountability, and love that stretches beyond convenience. The network creates space where leaders and churches are not competing but rooting for one another, sharing resources and prayers like siblings passing around what they have so no one goes without. In this environment, multiplication doesn’t feel like an organizational strategy—it feels like family members extending the table, making room for more people to experience God’s kingdom.
Greenhouse Multiplication Network offers mentoring and coaching to church planters by walking alongside them with both wisdom and practical support. Instead of leaving leaders to figure it out alone, the network surrounds them with seasoned pastors and practitioners who know the joys and struggles of planting a church firsthand. Through intentional coaching, church planters gain clarity, encouragement, and strategies that help them not only launch strong but also build healthy, multiplying communities. The mentoring relationships provide a safe place to ask questions, wrestle with challenges, and celebrate wins, ensuring that planters feel equipped, supported, and never isolated on the journey to becoming a legacy church.
Greenhouse Multiplication Network offers church planters intentional training that equips them for every stage of the journey. The process begins with helping leaders discern their call to church planting, creating space to listen for God’s direction and affirm their unique gifts. From there, the network guides planters in writing a clear prospectus, shaping their vision into a tangible plan that communicates purpose and direction. Practical training then moves into developing a step-by-step launch strategy, addressing both spiritual foundations and organizational details, so that the vision can become reality. Throughout the process, planters are supported not only with tools and frameworks but also with encouragement and accountability.
GREENHOUSE AT EXPONENTIAL
Discerning the call
Discovery Weekend with Greenhouse Network is designed as a powerful launching point for those exploring church planting. During this event, participants are immersed in teaching that unpacks what church planting looks like biblically, practically, and relationally. It’s not just about gaining information, but about discerning a genuine call—clarifying whether God is leading them to plant and multiply. Through interactive sessions, conversations with experienced planters, and space for prayer and reflection, future leaders begin to see how their unique gifts and passions might intersect with the mission of starting a new church. By the end of the weekend, participants walk away with a clearer sense of calling, fresh encouragement, and a supportive network that believes in what God can do through them. You can sign up for info about our next Discovery Weekend event by texting DISCOVER to (313)456-8928.
For fund-raising and vision casting
The Develop a Prospectus cohort with Greenhouse Network is a seven-month journey designed to give church planters the tools and guidance they need to put their vision into words and plans. Throughout the cohort, planters are walked step-by-step through vision framing, where they clarify their unique mission and values, and exegeting their community, where they learn to study and understand the context God is calling them to serve. They also receive training on developing a practical and sustainable budget to undergird their church plant. By the end of the process, each planter will have crafted a full prospectus—a comprehensive document they can use to cast vision, rally supporters, and engage in effective fundraising. This cohort transforms abstract ideas into a concrete, actionable plan that communicates both the heart and the strategy of a new church.
